For our first class of the season, learn about a perennial favorite:  roast chicken. When cooked well, the chicken yields delicious drippings perfect for small or large gatherings and don't miss this dessert with a unique topping, which is sweet and crunchy.

On the Menu: Cream of Asparagus Soup; Composed Salad with Roasted Carrots, Prosciutto and Burrata Cheese; Roast Whole Chicken with Lemon and Buttered Croutons; Steam-Roasted New Potatoes with Rosemary & Garlic; and Pound Cake with Lemon-Crunch Glaze.
