Celebrate Easter and the arrival of spring by sharing a meal with family and friends.  We've chosen a menu that allows you to do much of the work in advance so that you can relax and spend time with your guests. 

On the Menu: Savory Rosemary Gougéres, Salad of Frisée with Lardons, Roast Loin of Pork with Apples and Sage-Madeira Gravy, Fennel Gratin, Maple Glazed Carrots and Poached Pear Tarts with Vanilla Cream.
