The Fullerton Arboretum is excited to present our lineup of fall culinary classes, presented and conducted in our professional kitchen. Located next to our beautiful outdoor pavilion, our classes offer the perfect opportunity to spend time in the kitchen, classroom and with friends to discover new culinary delights and recipes with our Chefs and instructors. Take part in this Arboretum tradition, now in its seventh year.

Entertaining with friends is a fun and rewarding way to spend time in your kitchen. In this class, we present several recipes that are perfect for a Halloween gathering that will let you shine and display a delightful, seasonal menu that is sure to impress.

On the Menu: Homemade Cadillac Margaritas; Sweet & Spicy Roasted Pumpkin Seeds; Pumpkin Stuffed with Everything Good; From-Scratch Chile Con Carne, Creatively Served; Sweet Corn Cake with Compound Butter; and Freeze Dried Corn Cookies.
